Once our technical team confirms that the issue is related to product quality, we will offer appropriate solutions such as replacement parts, repair support, or partial refunds. However, due to the oversized and heavy nature of playground and slide equipment, the customer is responsible for all return freight costs even when a quality issue is confirmed. Orders cannot be canceled once production begins, and cancellations before production may incur deductions for design, materials, or labor already used.
