We only accept bank transfers for all orders. A 50% prepayment is required to start production, with the remaining 50% due before shipment. All prices and quotations displayed on our website are ex-works prices, including standard packaging. Production and logistics arrangements will only commence after confirmation of the initial payment to ensure order accuracy, transparency, and timely delivery.

We offer reliable and coordinated global logistics services to ensure the safe delivery of indoor playgrounds and outdoor slides (including large rides and small single slides). All shipments to the destination adhere to strict packaging, documentation, and compliance procedures to meet import regulations and guarantee product integrity during long-distance transport.
Products are securely packaged with protective materials, reinforced steel frames, and moisture-proof covers before shipment. Large playground equipment utilizes modular packaging to optimize container space and simplify on-site installation. We primarily ship by sea, selecting reputable carriers and offering Full Container Load (FCL) or Less than Container Load (LCL) shipping options based on order volume. Transit time to major ports of destination is typically 20 to 45 days, depending on the destination and seasonal logistics arrangements.
We provide all necessary export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, HS codes, and certification records, to ensure smooth customs clearance. Customers can also request pre-shipment inspection, insurance, or customized shipping arrangements. Our logistics team monitors the transportation of each shipment and provides timely updates to ensure that every playground or slide is delivered safely and efficiently, and ready for installation.

Our company specializes in manufacturing large indoor playgrounds, outdoor slides, and custom-designed play structures for export to the United States. Because all products are fully customized and produced according to each client’s project requirements, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any non-quality-related reasons. If a customer believes there is a manufacturing issue, they must report it within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide clear photos or videos showing the problem, along with a detailed description for verification. Once our technical team confirms that the issue is related to product quality, we will offer appropriate solutions such as replacement parts, repair support, or partial refunds. However, due to the oversized and heavy nature of playground and slide equipment, the customer is responsible for all return freight costs even when a quality issue is confirmed. Orders cannot be canceled once production begins, and cancellations before production may incur deductions for design, materials, or labor already used. All products are packaged according to export standards, and shipping damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and to our team for assistance.
